Job Description
- Sales & Customer Support
- Handle inbound travel enquiries from website, app, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and prepare holiday proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Assist senior consultants in closing sales.
- Itinerary CreationPrepare domestic and international holiday packages.
- Research destinations, hotels, sightseeing and transfers.
- Create professional quotations and itineraries.
- Booking CoordinationCoordinate hotel, transfer, sightseeing and visa requirements.
- Maintain booking records and client documentation.
- Support clients before and during travel.
- CRM & AdministrationUpdate CRM with all enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Ensure timely response to client queries.
- Desired SkillsExcellent English and Hindi communication.
- Knowledge of international destinations.
- Basic knowledge of GDS/holiday packaging preferred.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Strong sales attitude and customer service mindset.
