Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring consistent product quality and operational excellence across all stores through training, audits, and SOP adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all products delivered meet the highest standards in taste, presentation, and consistency
• Conduct daily store audits for quality, hygiene, and SOP adherence
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
• Train staff on food preparation, hygiene practices, and SOP management
• Coordinate with kitchen team and cluster manager daily
• Share audit reports with actionable insights
• Monitor training effectiveness and improve modules
• Develop and edit training videos and materials
