About The Role

Thinking Coaches are the heartbeat of ENpower’s program delivery. You will deliver the Future Skills Lab curriculum in partner schools across Mumbai, coach students on real-world challenges, and build the next generation of confident thinkers, creators, and leaders. 

Required Skills

– Foster a supportive, inclusive environment encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

– Deliver ENpower training programs for students and teachers with minimal supervision.

– Identify learning gaps and adapt content for diverse classrooms.

– Mentor and coach students through their projects and learning journeys.

– Conduct engaging activities to enhance learning and build rapport.

– Collect and collate feedback on sessions and trainer effectiveness.

– Collaborate with internal teams, school stakeholders, and program managers.
