Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.


KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Calling Potential Leads & generating leads.
  • Appointment confirmation
  • Customer engagement
  • Feedback sharing onto customer feedback
  • Sales process
  • Task prioritization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to confidently improvise sales pitches.
  • Adaptable Learner: Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and master new processes.
  • Resilient & Motivated: High energy and psychological resilience to handle rejections and stay positive.
  • Time Management: Mature approach to prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently for maximum output.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFRENCE:
