Job Description

Ø Attend the enquiries of clients through E-mails, Telephones, Sales person visit and exhibitions.

Ø Making quotations as per customer need and resolve their technical queries.

Ø Negotiate with clients on price and convert enquiry into order.

Ø Tally Purchase order against Quotation and process.

Ø Handling Lab equipment division from sales to order processing and dispatch.

Ø Reply clients through mails and send promotional & introductory letters to customers.

Ø Handling tender enquiries send quotations and submit documents as per tender terms.

Ø Communicate with vendors and suppliers for purchase of material.

Ø Negotiate with suppliers on price and freight and other terms.

Ø Coordinate with Sales executives to achieve sales target and to resolve service issues.

Ø Order processing making Performa Invoice and work orders.

Ø Coordinate with Service team for maintenance, AMC, repairing of material.
