Job Description
We are urgently hiring Tele Marketing Executives (TME) for Justdial’s Mumbai office! If you have good communication skills and want to grow your career in inside sales, this is a great opportunity. You will connect with local business owners over the phone and help them grow their business with Justdial’s listing plans.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Make outbound calls to local businesses from the office.
Pitch and explain Justdial’s digital promotion plans and package options.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best listing plan for their business.
Handle customer queries, overcome objections, and complete sale closures over the phone.
Maintain and update daily call logs, status notes, and follow-up details in the CRM.
