Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented B2B Tele-Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers from B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and other business directories, generate orders through calling, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential buyers and business enquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.

- Understand customer requirements, explain our products and communicate pricing, product details and order quantities.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers and pending leads to improve conversion rates.

- Share product catalogues, images and quotations through WhatsApp.

- Identify new retailers, wholesalers, distributors and bulk buyers.

- Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, quotations and confirmed orders.

- Coordinate with the office and production team for order processing and dispatch updates.

- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat orders from existing customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Confident speaking over the phone and handling customer objections.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and computer operations.

- Persuasive, disciplined and comfortable working with sales targets.

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply; prior tele-sales or B2B sales experience is preferred.
