Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Tele-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Chembur.

The role will involve speaking with prospective customers, explaining our real estate and investment projects in Maharashtra & Gujarat, following up with enquiries and converting qualified leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.

* Explain project features, location, pricing and investment benefits.

* Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.

* Regularly follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

* Generate and coordinate site visits.

* Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.

Candidate Profile

* Female candidate preferred

* 2–4 years of experience in tele-sales / inside sales / real estate sales

* Prior real estate experience will be an advantage.

* Excellent Hindi and English communication skills are essential.

* Gujarati and/or Marathi -speaking ability will be an added advantage.

* Confident, persuasive and customer-friendly personality.

* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling sales targets.

* Basic computer/CRM and WhatsApp skills.
