🔹 Role Overview

Responsible for customer engagement, retention & lifecycle marketing through personalized communication strategies and premium customer experience initiatives.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products/services and generate interest.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support. 

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in CRM / Retention Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing

• Background in Jewellery, Fashion, D2C or Premium Brands preferred

• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation & automation tools

• Analytical mindset with performance tracking skills

• Good communication & storytelling ability

• Customer-first approach with strong attention to detail
