Job Title: Telesales Executive

Are you passionate about travel and enjoy interacting with people? We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to promote and sell exciting holiday and travel packages. If you have experience in sales or BPO and love helping customers plan memorable vacations, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and promote holiday tour and travel packages.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Explain package details, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or any Sales role.
• Candidates from any sales background are welcome.
• Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
