Role ObjectiveThe Telesales Executive is responsible for converting inbound leads generated through advertisements, referrals, and marketing campaigns into paying clients.

The primary goal is to maintain an active sales pipeline, build relationships with prospects, schedule meetings, follow up consistently, and close deals for Empire Media's services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementContact all new leads within 5–15 minutes of assignment.
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, decision-making authority, and requirements.
  • Update lead status in CRM daily.
  • Ensure no lead remains unattended.
  • Sales ConversionExplain Empire Media's services confidently.
  • Identify client pain points and business goals.
  • Present suitable solutions and packages.
  • Handle objections professionally.
  • Convert inquiries into meetings and sales.
  • Pipeline ManagementMaintain and track all leads through the sales funnel.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly.
  • Re-engage cold and inactive leads.
  • Keep accurate records of every interaction.
  • Meeting CoordinationSchedule meetings for founders or sales managers.
  • Send reminders and confirmations.
  • Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings.
  • Client Relationship BuildingDevelop rapport with prospects.
  • Understand client businesses and marketing challenges.
  • Create trust and confidence in Empire Media's capabilities.
