Telesales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate records
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for closures
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Age: 22-35 years preferred
