Job SummaryUtkarsh Small Finance Bank is hiring Relationship Officers for Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales. The role involves generating leads, acquiring customers, managing DSA/connector networks, handling the loan application process, and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan and LAP leads through field visits, referrals, local market activities, and other sourcing channels.
• Acquire new customers and understand their financial and property-related requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, CAs, connectors, and other channel partners.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Handle initial customer profiling, income assessment, property-related information, and eligibility checks.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, banking, and property-related documents.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, EMI, processing fees, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing and sanction.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and cases until final disbursement.
• Achieve monthly targets for leads, logins, sanctions, and loan disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, applications, and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Candidate Requirements1–5 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, or related financial product sales.
• Experience with an NBFC, Housing Finance Company, Bank, or Small Finance Bank is preferred.
• Strong field sales and lead-generation capabilities.
• Good understanding of loan documentation and basic credit requirements.
• Ability to build and manage DSA, connector, broker, or builder relationships.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits.
• Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred as the role involves field sales.
• EducationGraduate candidates preferred.
