Job Description:
This is a Customer Support role where the candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support over calls. The role requires working in rotational shifts and ensuring proper resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries related to banking services
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
Key Requirements:
• Experience in Banking Customer Support / Customer Care is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Candidate must know at least one of the following languages: Telugu, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Oriya
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
• Basic understanding of banking processes will be an advantage
