Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective and existing clients using established scripts to generate leads and sell products or services.

Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming calls to address product inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.

Database Management: Update and maintain precise logs of customer interactions, feedback, and account status in company databases.

Follow-up: Track potential clients and conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into successful sales.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Essential Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, often requiring fluency in English and regional languages.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
