Key Responsibilities -

- Call parents from the provided database.

- Invite parents for counselling sessions and seminars.

- Explain the institute's programs and unique advantages.

- Schedule counselling appointments.

- Follow up with interested parents.

- Maintain accurate call records and daily reports.

- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.

- Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.

- Handle parent queries professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM).

- Prior telecalling, counselling, or customer service experience preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
