Job Description

Job Title: BCD Executive (Beneficiary Care Department)


Purpose of the Role:


To support the Test to Treat (T2T) program by ensuring efficient coordination and communication with registered beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. The role focuses on providing timely assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring seamless service delivery.


  • Eligibility Criteria:Graduation in any stream
  • Prior experience preferred (Healthcare/Call Center/Support roles)
  • Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
  • Working Requirements:Willingness to work 365 days in rotational shifts (including Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Responsible for maintaining and safeguarding company-provided assets
  • Reporting Structure:BCD Executive → Team Leader → BCD Head


Job Overview:The BCD Executive is responsible for managing all interactions with beneficiaries under the Test to Treat scheme. This includes handling calls, resolving queries, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring smooth case management. The candidate should have a basic understanding of the T2T project and relevant Government Resolutions (GR).


  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Professional Communication:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally (approx. 250 calls/day), addressing beneficiary concerns effectively
  • Customer Handling:
  • Greet beneficiaries courteously and ensure a positive experience during every interaction
  • Documentation & Records:
  • Accurately record beneficiary information and maintain proper documentation
  • Query Resolution:
  • Provide prompt, clear, and accurate resolutions to beneficiary queries


  • Case Management:Create cases for unresolved issues
  • Assign cases to relevant departments
  • Track and close cases within timelines


  • Beneficiary Verification:
  • Verify beneficiary details to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Medical Coordination:Coordinate with the Command Center of Doctors (CCD)
  • Assist with scheduling confirmatory tests
  • Communicate test details and timelines to beneficiaries
  • Clinical Support:
  • Assist beneficiaries with medicine delivery, lab test details, and emergency guidance
  • Hospitalization Support:
  • Coordinate with Arogya Sathi for hospital admissions, ensuring smooth end-to-end support within the district
  • Follow-ups & Communication:
  • Maintain continuous follow-ups to ensure timely service completion and case closure
  • Feedback Management:
  • Collect beneficiary feedback (rating scale 1–10) and contribute to service improvement initiatives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare processes (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
