Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
