Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive (Fresher)

Location: Goregaon (West), Mumbai

Work Hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Role Overview

We're looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller (Fresher) to join our Business Development team. Your primary responsibility will be making 100-150 outbound cold calls daily, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for our Business Development Executives. No sales closing is required. Complete training and calling data will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100-150 outbound cold calls every day.

- Introduce the company's services and qualify prospects.

- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.

- Meet daily calling and lead generation targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of telecalling/customer support/sales experience.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Confident, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Comfortable with outbound cold calling.
