About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, confident, energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Executives who can communicate effectively with customers and create meaningful business opportunities through professional telephonic conversations.

 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about products/services.

Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful business opportunities.

Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt assistance.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.

 Who We Are Looking For

Freshers are welcome! Training and guidance will be provided.

Candidates with prior telecalling, telesales, customer service or sales experience will have an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and persuasive personality.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
