Telecaller Outbound

Job description:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain personal loan and other loan products to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers until the loan application is completed.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
