Telecaller – NGO / Fundraising Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and supporters
• Explain the mission, vision, and ongoing projects of Balkranti Foundation
• Generate donations, sponsorships, and volunteer registrations
• Follow up with existing donors and maintain positive relationships
• Update and maintain call records and donor information accurately
• Handle queries politely and provide correct information
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and outreach targets
• Coordinate with the NGO team for campaigns and events
