Telesales Executive (Inbound Calls) – Domestic Process

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for our Domestic Inbound Calling Process.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer requirements and promote relevant products/services.

Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Gujarati language proficiency preferred (first preference).

Basic computer knowledge.

Sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
