- Role: Outbound Voice Process
- Salary: 14,000 18,000 (fixed) + performance-based incentives
- Shift Timing: 9:45 AM 6:45/7:00 PM (only day shift)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)
- Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
Requirements:
- Graduation mandatory
- Fresher/Experienced both can apply
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain banking products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as per business requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
