Job Description
Hospital Call Center & WhatsApp Executive required for patient communication and support.
We are hiring 3 candidates for 12-hour shift duties.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming patient calls
• Replying to WhatsApp messages
• Guiding patients for appointments and hospital services
• Coordinating with reception and hospital staff
• Managing patient inquiries politely and professionally
• Follow-up calls and appointment coordination
• Maintaining proper communication with patients and relatives
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Hindi and basic English speaking required
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
• Telecalling or customer support experience preferred
• Freshers willing to learn are also welcome
• Responsible and disciplined nature preferred
