Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Introduce the firm's/services' offerings to potential customers and explain key benefits.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM/database.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Prepare daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status.
