Telecaller

KeyZen is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, understand their business needs, and generate qualified leads for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a proven ability to convert prospects into meetings or clients.

• Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
• Explain our digital marketing services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
• Requirements2+ years of telecalling/telesales experience (Digital Marketing industry preferred).
• Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an added advantage).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing services.
• Comfortable using CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
