Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
Explain company services and offerings clearly
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update data regularly
Achieve daily/weekly targets
Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of telecalling/customer interaction
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary Grid for Associates - 20,000/- - 45,000/- (International & Domestic)
Note - (Salary depends on the Interviews Selection, Communication & Previous Experience)
