Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective clients from provided leads to pitch real estate projects and properties.
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements (budget, location preference, property type) and match them with suitable inventory.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Convince interested clients to schedule on-site property visits with our field sales team.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to build trust and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Database Management: Keep accurate notes and status updates for all calls
