Responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, and events. Ensures smooth functioning of AV systems and provides technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate projectors, displays, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
- Set up AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Troubleshoot basic AV issues.
- Monitor audio and video quality during events.
- Coordinate with users and support teams.
- Maintain AV equipment and report faults.
