Technical Support Executive (Laptop & Desktop Support)

We are looking for a Laptop Support Executive who can diagnose and resolve laptop-related issues remotely over phone calls and remote desktop sessions. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to independently identify and resolve software, operating system, BIOS, driver, and hardware-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows laptop issues without physical access.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS installation, configuration, updates, and activation.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot device drivers.
• Diagnose hardware-related issues and determine whether remote resolution is possible or onsite repair is required.
• Configure and troubleshoot BIOS/UEFI settings.
• Perform remote system optimization and performance troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through technical procedures professionally.
• Maintain detailed support tickets and update issue resolution status.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
