Technical Support Executive

About the Role

NeuralBits Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 Technical Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to hospitals and healthcare professionals using our Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR, and digital healthcare solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via calls, WhatsApp, remote sessions, and support tickets.
• Install, configure, and onboard hospitals onto the HMS platform.
• Upload and manage hospital-related documents and system data.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and application usage.
• Troubleshoot software, application, and basic system-related issues.
• Coordinate with the field implementation team and provide technical assistance whenever required.
• Escalate complex issues to the L2 Support Team and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate support records and follow up with clients until closure.
• Develop a strong understanding of hospital workflows and the Hospital Management System to effectively support clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Healthcare IT, HMS, EMR, or Software Support.
• Any Graduate or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, Windows, MS Office, and internet applications.
• Prior exposure to Hospital Management Systems (HMS/HMIS) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and healthcare software platforms.
