🕒 Work Timing: 9:20 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

📋 Job Summary:We are hiring a dedicated Tech Support Executive to provide timely and professional technical assistance to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and will ensure smooth resolution of technical issues related to biometric devices, access control systems, and software installations.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, or remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to biometric attendance systems, access control, and CCTV.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
• Conduct client training sessions post-installation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
• Support product demos and onboarding processes as needed.
• ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in technical/customer support (preferred: IT or biometric industry)
• Knowledge of networking, installations, and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Graduate in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems is a plus
