Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Business development for packaging equipment in the Food & Beverage industry

* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

* Lead generation and converting customers into key accounts

* Client meetings, product presentations and understanding customer requirements

* Handle end-to-end sales process from proposal to project closure

* Coordinate with internal teams and ensure excellent customer service

* Market analysis and competitor tracking

* Follow-up on payments and client relationships


Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* 3+ years of experience in packaging equipment sales within the Food & Beverage industry

* Experience in liquid filling lines, powder filling lines, blister and cartoning machines preferred

* Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills

* Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities

* Strong computer proficiency required.
