Job SummaryWe are looking for a Computer Operator – Fresher to support our day-to-day office, documentation, and computer-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, preparing documents, maintaining records, handling emails, and providing general administrative support to the team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and computer-related office work.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, Word documents, and reports.
• Enter, update, and maintain company and project data.
• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
• Maintain proper records of documents and files.
• Assist the technical and administrative team with daily computer work.
• Prepare basic quotations, letters, reports, and documentation as instructed.
• Manage email communication and document sharing.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Support day-to-day office operations and other assigned tasks.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to organize and maintain documents properly.
• Willingness to learn new software and office processes.
