Job Title: Tally Support Executive cum TDL

Location: Malad(West), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Average Salary Expectation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Work Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Resolve client queries regarding accounting, inventory, payroll, GST, TDS, and e-invoicing via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyDesk).
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9 software. 
• Data Management: Assist clients with data backup, restoration, splitting, and migration between systems.
• TDL: Knowledge of TDL and hands-on experience is a must.
• User Training: Guide end-users on how to effectively navigate Tally functionalities and generate financial reports.
• Ticket Management: Track support requests, document resolutions, and maintain timely communication with clients and internal technical teams.

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in Tally software support or accounting roles. 
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of TDL, TallyPrime, Tally.ERP 9, GST modules, and MS Excel.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English & Hindi
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving, and good customer service skills.
