Tally Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, into Tally ERP or Tally Prime software to maintain up-to-date records placementindia.com.
• Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile accounts regularly to ensure all financial data is correct and complete
• Invoice and Payroll Management: Generate and manage invoices, payment receipts, and payroll records, ensuring timely processing 
• Financial Reporting: Prepare reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements to aid management decision-making 
• Tax Compliance: Handle GST, VAT, and other tax-related entries, ensuring compliance in Cordination with CA
• Audit Support: Assist during internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations for entries made in Tally 
• Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial statements Entri.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and financial reporting 
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to convey financial information to management
• Integrity and Ethics: Maintain high ethical standards in handling financial data Entries
• Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation
