Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Tally Operator to manage our daily financial transactions, accounting records, and reporting using Tally ERP (or Tally Prime). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and a proven track record of accurate and timely data entry and financial record maintenance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Data Management:Maintain and manage all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) accurately in Tally ERP/Prime.12
• Record and manage sales & purchase entries, including applicable taxes (GST, TDS)
• Handle billing and invoicing activities, including the preparation and processing of sales invoices
• Manage and post entries of bank statements, income, and expenses.3
• Reconciliation & Compliance:
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting & Audits:
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve financial discrepancies.
