Job Description
Job Description – Tally AccountantWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Accountant to manage daily accounting and administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for invoice preparation, quotation creation, sales reporting, purchase orders, email communication, and maintaining records using Tally, Excel, and MS Word.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders accurately
- Maintain financial and sales-related records properly
- Create and update weekly sales reports in Excel
- Manage billing, documentation, and data entry work
- Draft and respond to official emails professionally
- Maintain files, reports, and accounting documents systematically
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word
- Ensure accuracy in accounting and documentation work
- Support administrative and office-related tasks as needed
