Designation: Sr.Executive TA
Experience: 1-5yrs

Key Responsibilities:
*Screening and Searching resumes as per requirement ,arranging for interviews.
*Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for further process
*Scheduling Interviews as per short listed cv's
*Generating Offer Letter and Joining formalities
*Completing the Onboarding process
*Follow up with candidates for documentation
*Interview Coordination.
*Conducting and Organizing Walk-in Interviews in Mumbai
*Manage candidate pool and proactively build a database of candidates
