Supply Chain & Planning Lead

At Neulife, our biggest operational challenge is ensuring the right product is available at the right place, at the right time — without locking excess capital in inventory.

This role exists to build a high-precision supply chain engine that connects:

• Demand (D2C, Amazon, Offline)
• Production (multiple contract manufacturers)
• Inventory (across warehouses)

You will act as the central control tower of the business.

• 🎯 What You Will Own1. Demand → Supply TranslationConvert sales data into accurate SKU-level forecasts
• Plan inventory requirements across all channels
• 2. Production PlanningBuild rolling production plans (4–8 weeks)
• Coordinate with multiple factories
• Ensure RM/PM readiness before production
• 3. Inventory ControlMaintain optimal stock levels (RM, PM, FG)
• Prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Track expiry and slow-moving inventory
• 4. Procurement AlignmentDrive procurement based on production plans
• Ensure vendors meet timelines and quality standards
• 5. Multi-Warehouse ManagementAllocate stock across warehouses and channels
• Plan transfers and replenishment
• 6. Data & VisibilityBuild dashboards for:
• Stock levels
• Days of inventory (DOH)
• Stock-out risks
• Create a single source of truth
