Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design, analysis of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all structures meet safety, durability, and performance requirements while complying with national and international standards. The role involves close coordination with architects, MEP teams, and project managers to ensure seamless design integration and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and technical

specifications for concrete, steel, and composite structures.

2. Ensure design compliance with IS codes, NBC, ACI, AISC, or other relevant

international standards.

3. Conduct structural feasibility studies, design optimization, and value engineering for

cost-effective solutions.

4. Review and approve design deliverables prepared by junior engineers and CAD

technicians.

5. Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams for design

integration and clash resolution.

6. Perform load calculations, foundation design, and reinforcement detailing as per

project requirements.

7. Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation, monitor quality, and resolve

on-site technical challenges.

8. Prepare and maintain design basis reports (DBRs), calculation sheets, and project

documentation.

9. Participate in tender preparation, provide technical inputs, and support bid evaluations.

10. Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance design quality and technical skills within

the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD
2. Knowledge of Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel Design, and Foundation Engineering
3. Strong understanding of seismic design, wind load analysis, and industrial structure design
4. Familiarity with BIM platforms (Revit Structures preferred)
5. Expertise in interpreting IS, BS, ACI, and Eurocode standards

1. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
2. Strong coordination and communication abilities across multidisciplinary teams
3. Ability to lead and mentor junior staff effectively
