URGENT HIRING – Store Manager (Female)

Position: Store Manager (Female Only)

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years in Retail

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Drive store sales and achieve business targets (Conversion, ABV, UPT, etc.)

✅ Manage complete store operations, inventory, billing, and stock control

✅ Lead, motivate, and manage the store team

✅ Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

✅ Maintain visual merchandising as per brand standards

✅ Ensure compliance with company SOPs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

Requirements:

✔️ Female candidates only

✔️ 5–6 years of experience in Retail Store Management

✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔️ Good communication and presentation skills

✔️ Fluent in English and the local language

✔️ Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
