Job Description
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information including record of stocks of Stationary, Grocery, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical materials, etc. after receiving or issuing the stocks.
- Should be able to fill in a Goods Received Note(GRN), Goods Issued Note (GIN), permission slips, etc & maintain a tracker for the same.
- Stock the materials in the proper manner in the appropriate location and category wise.
- Carry out periodical physical verification & check the availability of stock.
- Preparation of reports and updating the reporting manager about the status of work in a systematic format.
- Prior experience in store management or as an office assistant would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office, google docs and google sheets
