Job Description
- Should have knowledge of all brought out and machining items.
- Should have knowledge of system of all inward and outward of material.
- Should have knowledge of all store records keeping process.
- Should have good knowledge of Tally, excel and word.
- Should have knowledge of material rejection process.
- Should have knowledge of all packing and dispatch process including generation of invoice and road permit.
- Co-ordination with courier / freight forwarder for dispatch.
- Knowledge of store material balance / closing stock records.
- Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Ensure all import and export activities adhere to relevant regulations, laws, and trade agreements.
- Coordinate shipments, arrange transportation (including freight forwarding), and manage delivery timelines.
