Store Executive

We are hiring an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Counter Sales Executive for our IT Hardware & Stationery Store. No prior experience is required—we will provide complete training on store operations, product details, and computer hardware basics.

If you have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a friendly attitude, this is a great entry-level opportunity to build a career in retail sales and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Sales

Welcome customers to the store and assist them in finding products.

Help customers choose daily stationery items, computer accessories, paper products, and office supplies.

Learn IT product specifications (laptops, desktops, printers) to assist senior staff with customer queries.

2. Print & Counter Services

Operate store machinery for printing, photocopying, scanning, and document binding (training provided).

Assist in taking details for custom orders like rubber stamps, business cards, or photo prints.

Issue basic invoices, handle cash/UPI payments, and keep daily payment records clear.

3. Store Maintenance & Stock Management

Keep product displays, counters, and shelves clean and organized.

Unpack new stock, affix price tags, and arrange products neatly on shelves.

Keep track of fast-selling items and inform the manager when stock is running low.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or Basic Diploma / ITI (Freshers welcome!).
• Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Language: Basic knowledge of Hindi / local language (English is a plus).

Key Skills:

• Basic familiarity with computers and smartphones.
• Polite, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Good basic math skills for cash handling.
