Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage site workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in site coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction and site operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage labor attendance and workforce productivity.
• Inspect materials and equipment used at the site.
• Prepare daily work reports and update management on project status.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
