*Job Summary:*We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer – Interior Execution with strong experience in managing interior projects from site execution through final handover. The candidate should be capable of independently coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, drawings, measurements, quality checks, and project completion activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**Site Execution & Supervision:* Manage complete interior site execution from project commencement to final handover, ensuring works progress as per approved timelines.
• *Contractor & Labour Management:* Coordinate and supervise site labour, trade contractors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and execution discipline.
• *Drawing & Layout Reading:* Accurately read, interpret, and implement civil and interior architectural layouts, working drawings, and technical specifications.
• *Quality Control & Standards:* Monitor the quality of workmanship, trade finishes, and raw/processed materials at the site to ensure strict adherence to project standards.
• *Material Management:* Plan material requirements, track site deliveries, oversee proper storage, and monitor resource utilization to avoid wastage.
• *Site Measurements & Documentation:* Take precise site measurements, record execution progress, and maintain structured measurement sheets and documentation.
• *Stakeholder Coordination:* Liaise seamlessly with interior designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal project managers to resolve site queries.
• *Snagging & Project Handover:* Perform detailed snagging inspections, execute necessary rectifications, and clear punch lists prior to final client handover.
• *Safety & Housekeeping:* Enforce site safety measures, proper work practices, and clean site housekeeping throughout the project lifecycle.
• *Candidate Profile*Experience: Minimum 2–3 years or more of hands-on site execution experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of interior finishing, civil works, joinery/carpentry, MEP layout execution, and site coordination.
• Drawing Interpretation: High proficiency in reading and working with civil and interior execution drawings.
• Site Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage workforce, trade contractors, and execution daily activities independently.
• Project Exposure: Prior experience in executing residential, commercial, retail, or corporate office interior projects.
• Attributes: Highly organized, proactive problem solver, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on active construction/fit-out sites.
