Shop Keeper

1.    Customer Service & Sales Support

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Assist customers in product selection and explain product features.
• Encourage customers to purchase related or complementary products.
• Handle customer queries politely and ensure customer satisfaction.

2.    Store Operations & Merchandise Management

• Arrange products neatly and maintain attractive product displays.
• Ensure all products are properly tagged and displayed with correct pricing.
• Refill shelves and maintain product availability throughout the day.
• Keep the store clean, organized and customer-ready at all times.
• Support opening and closing activities of the store.

3.    Inventory & Stock Handling

• Assist in receiving and checking stock delivered from the warehouse.
• Arrange products in the correct locations as instructed by the Store Manager.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect products immediately.
• Support stock counting and inventory verification activities.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage or loss.

4.     

Team Coordination & Store

• SupportCoordinate with the Cash/Billing Executive and Security Executive for smooth store operations.
• Follow instructions given by the Store Manager and complete assigned responsibilities on time.
• Support promotional activities, seasonal displays and special events.
• Maintain discipline, grooming and professional behaviour during working hours.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager.
