Service Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service operations, customer coordination, technician scheduling, installation planning, and after-sales support.

The candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers, service technicians, service partners, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of service activities and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with customers for service requests, delivery schedules, installation planning, and after-sales support.
• Schedule and coordinate technician and service partner visits.
• Monitor daily service activities, installation schedules, and pending complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, Design, Operations, and Admin.
• Prepare and maintain daily service reports and monthly MIS reports.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other arrangements for technicians.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and update service schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation of service calls, technician visits, customer communications, and service activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong coordination, planning, and scheduling abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain service records.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and technicians.
• Good understanding of HVAC / RAC systems.
• Practical knowledge of three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Timely completion of service and installation schedules.
• Effective coordination of technician visits.
• Timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Accurate and timely submission of MIS reports.
• Proper maintenance of service documentation.
• Customer satisfaction and effective interdepartmental coordination.
• Good technical knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) systems.
• Practical understanding of three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience in coordinating service technicians, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Coordination or a similar technical role.
